Week 9 is here and after the county-wide bye week here are my thoughts going into the second
to last week of Williamson County football.
Stock up: Brentwood
Big win over Centennial, I had the Bruins to win in this game and I was encouraged to see them
take care of business. I expect Brentwood to beat Independence and surge into the “Battle of
the Woods” with lots of momentum
Stock up: Ravenwood
7-1 with a tough matchup against Oakland on the docket, I expect this game to prepare
Ravenwood for the big matchup with Brentwood and I’m liking what I see from the Raptors.
Stock up: Page
I’m buying into 7-1 Page, with a dynamic offense I like the Patriots as a contender in 5A, I’ll be
interested to see how they matchup with Centennial this Friday.
Stock Stagnant: Centennial
I think this is a really good football team, they were just outmatched by Brentwood. I’m very
excited to see how the Cougars bounce back against a dynamic offensive attack from Page
