Henry Eakes here to recap an interesting week 6 in Williamson County Football. As we get closer to playoff time here’s who I’m buying and selling this week on the Williamson County Stock Report.

Stock up: Centennial: I was interested to see how the Cougars handled one of their two most formidable opponents in their new region. I was encouraged to see them grit out a victory against a tough playoff contender in the Nolensville Knights. Stock up Cougars.

Stock up: Brentwood: With a 38-0 victory over new region opponent Overton and with the floundering Franklin Admirals on the schedule next, I’ll take the Bruins to win big this Friday as well. Then we get to see a marquee matchup between the Bruins and the previously mentioned Centennial Cougars.

Stock up: Nolensville: Losses are never easy, but Nolensville does not have the talent Centennial does and they ended up losing on a last second field goal. This game could’ve gone either way and Nolensville has proven to be a very tough out. I’m in on the Knights the rest of the way.

Stock down: Franklin: Brentwood, Ravenwood, Mount Juliet. Those are Franklin’s next 3 opponents. Those 3 teams combine for 1 loss so far. At 0-6 I could see another 0-10 season on the horizon for the Admirals. These next 3 games look like they could really break the confidence of a struggling Franklin team.
