Williamson County Football is back for week 5. With some interesting inter-county matchups, here\u2019s my breakdown for the impending halfway point of high school football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stock up: Brentwood Bruin.s A close win over a tough Henry County team impressed me enough to continue to buy stock in the Bruins. The schedule lightens up heavily these next 3 weeks as the Bruins will face Summit, Overton, and Franklin. Look for the Bruins to be 7-0 going into the week 8 showdown with Centennial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stock up: Ravenwood Raptors. Ravenwood has bounced back nicely from their week 1 loss, I see 8 wins as a real possibility with the Raptors district schedule looking lighter than usual. I\u2019m buying the Raptors at this point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stock up: Centennial Cougars. It\u2019s going to be difficult to not buy the cougars if they continue to win. The Cougar\u2019s play has been rough around the edges, but with some clean up I like the Cougars as a contender in 5A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stock up: Nolensville Knights. The Knights have been extremely impressive on offense this season. An interesting in county opponent awaits them this Friday. I see no reason why the Knights can\u2019t light up the scoreboard against a sinking Franklin Flagship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stock down: Franklin Admirals. After a Heartbreaking loss lands the Admirals back into my stock down section. Clutch plays have eluded the Admirals and I look for that to continue this week against Nolensville.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
