Week 8 had a lot of the Elite taking the week off for fall break but there were plenty of important games played anyway highlighted by the top two teams in the mid-state Oakland and Lipscomb playing a great game with the Patriots winning 27-24. In the east Greenville crushed Oak Ridge and in the west Westview toped Huntingdon 41-30 in a huge region game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
