From the start of this game, The Green Wave looked like they were in charge scoring the opening kick-off from 94 yards out. The Buccaneers regrouped after that and didn’t let up. They ended up scoring on their next two drives and taking a 14 to seven lead in the first quarter. The second quarter started, and Beech ended up scoring two more touchdowns before halftime to take a 28 to seven lead. At this moment Beech had this game in the bag.
The second half started, and Beech received the opening kickoff and ended up scoring on that drive to take a four-touchdown lead. Gallatin had no answer for this rushing attack that Beech was handing them. Gallatin ended up scoring later in the third quarter to cut into that lead Beech had over them. Beech ended up scoring one more touchdown and a pick-six before the game was over. Beech won 49-17 and they are (3-1) in region play while Gallatin falls to (2-2).
Beech Quarterback Jackson went 5/5 for 142 yards and two touchdowns. Patrick hill rushed had 20 carries for 201 yards and four scores while Errin Jolley had two receptions for 112 yards.
Beech’s Running Back Patrick Hill said,” I’m feeling good, and it just takes preparation, like coach said they are going to have big plays and they are going to play hard so, we just came out played physical.
Beech is now (3-1) in their region and (6-2) as they won at home, and they will face Brentwood next week on the road while the (3-5) Gallatin will face Lebanon on the road as well.
